Super Jewels Quest App Reviews
I think this game is very good. I will not be playing it any more because I cannot finish a game in 5 minutes. I am wishing that there was a way to turn off the timing. Otherwise it is a good game.
I first played Jewel Quest on Windows, really enjoyed it, and slowly was able to complete it nearly to the end, and then I switched to an Apple iMac (which I love). However, I have been playing Apple’s Super jewels Quest now for several months, it took me many weeks to even get to level 4 and have been on level 4 / 5 forr 3 to 4 weeks and have been unable to progress. I know that at my age (76) that I am not the quickest nor fastest player, but I am really frustrated with this game.
It’s a fun game. But, not as good as Jewel Quest and Jewel Quest 2 on Windows. I am also disappointed that I can not get full screen display on my 21.5 inch iMac.
I was used to the Windows version of Jewel Quest. This is similar but much more limited. The grids are smaller, giving less time and places to strategize. There are basically no instructions available, making it difficult to figure out exactly what is going on and what has to be done until one has played a level several times. That said, I’m still finding it entertaining. I’ve now played it for a couple of weeks. At the upper levels I hit numerous games were after a couple of moves there are non left. The game is supposed to reset when that happens, however frequently it doesn’t and you are left with no options. Frustrating.
very disappointed
The game would be fun if the time limit was longer without having to spend coins to add longer time. I think that the board jumps around to much while your playing making it to harder to clear the board in time. Plus it won’t give you moves in one corner of the board making it hard to clear the board as well. Other then that I think it would be more enjoyable. Thank you.
No comparison to Windows Jewel quest or II
I had been playing jewel quest on Windows and this does not measure up to the fun and standard - am deleting it from my computer
What the devil . . .
Bought this game yesterday and now my computer screen is frozen. When I go to support it says ‘coming soon’ what the devil is going on. IF YOU DON’T HAVE SUPPORT DON’T MAKE THE GAME AVAILABLE! So now I’m looking forward to fixing my computer and deleting this piece of ka-ka. Ticked off jeweler ps I want my money back!
Disappointed
It is nearly impossible to play to a high level without purchasing more “coins”, and the higher you get the less coins there are to capture unless you purchase them. Very disappointing
